The Winter Park location is right off of Aloma avenue, in a medical building with tile roofs and lots of trees around.

We're centrally located and easily accessible from Winter Springs, Oviedo, Winter Park, UCF area, Alafaya, and East Colonial / Union Park area. We see a lot of clients from downtown Orlando and Kissimmee. We serve clients as far as Titusville on East to Lakeland on west. Of course, we're favorite with all the tourists and visitors to all the theme parks, including Disney, Univeral, and Sea World.

I used to work at a spa and at first I thought I wasn't going to be impressed, it's a new place, seemed understaffed, and their system glitched so my appointment was late. HOWEVER, absolutely no one can beat the prices, the staff was super professional and very kind and attentive. The facial felt really personalized to your needs and felt longer than just 30 min. The deep tissue was one of the best I received, amazing attention to every knot and tense part of my body. I would write more but I'm still in a daze, but overall I was very very impressed and I will be going back for sure. 10/10 would recommend!

Love this place! Not only do they have amazing prices, they are clean, very professional and always on time. I love the fact that I don’t need a to sign and membership contract and I never have a problem getting an appointment. Andrea was my massage therapist and she’s amazing! They also offer couples massages and all types of facials. This is definitely my new place for all my pampering needs.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s very tranquil and spa like on the inside. The staff is friendly and always professional. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I see Thomas for my deep tissue massages and he’s the best I’ve ever experienced. Very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease.

So good and worth every penny! We did a last minute couples massage at 3 pm today. Our therapists were so friendly. Mine hit all the perfect spots and I felt so much relief after we were done. My bf had back issues for a really long time and he felt much better afterwards. They were really friendly and I would highly recommend!

Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in. I had a headache when I went In and my neck was really hurting. I had a new masseuse named Alicia and today was her first day at J Sterling. She did a fantastic job. By the time I left, my headache was much better and my neck feels so much better. Love this place. Great price! Great place! Great massage!!

Friendly staff at the front. Great massages every time. I was recently in a car accident and made sure to let my massage therapist know that I was injured. She took special care to avoid those areas all while making me feel comfortable. They seem to be well organized and have good rates. The last establishment I went to was charging me $85 per hour and at Jsterling's I was only paying $75 for an hour and a half (they were both the same "type" of massage). The quality with both therapists was equal in my opinion.

You can't beat the price and quality of professional massages done at Sterling's! Especially if you work with Erica at the Winter Park location. This is my third visit and each time has been better than before. I'll definitely return again. Highly recommended for someone not looking to break their budget for some much needed self care.

I have been coming to this location for a little over 2 years. The staff is always professional and nice. I really enjoy the vibe of the masseurs and location. You can come feeling stressed and leave light as a feather. I highly recommend coming here for relaxation or more deep tissue massages. My go-to deep tissue massage therapist is Ibrahim. He is a amazing. I will be back! Oh did I mention great prices!!

I had an amazing facial with Vanessa! she was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what worked for my skin and gave me tips on cleansers, toners and moisturizers worked best for me. She also gave me a break down of what oils were best for my skin and went into detail about what each oil does for your skin! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VANESSA FOR FACIALS! Nikki at the front desk was also super nice and helped with any additional questions I had.

Daniel in Winter Park was amazing. Very professional. I asked for a relaxation massage, told him my shoulders were the most tense, and what my comfort label was. Not only did he get the knots out, but also got rid of a headache I hadn't been able to get rid of for days... and it didn't come back the next day. Thank you!

Had a one hour deep tissue pain relief massage with Elliot and it was great! There was practically no wait to go in for my appointment. The additional back scrub service was really nice too. Walked out feeling lighter and taller after getting all those knots in my muscles worked out. Feels like I got better service than what I paid for. 😁

My first time getting a massage, my partner and I got a couples massage great price, good service, felt very comfortable and well treated. Only problem was we purchased an hour massage which like any other place is 10 minute consultation and 50 minute massage. Our appointment was at 5, had our 10 min consultation and the service started at 5:10 and we were done at 5:50 so our massage was only 40 minutes instead of 50 minutes... not sure why this was.

This review is for those who love detailed reviews. Firstly, the ambience of J Sterling was very nice, cozy, and soothing i chose the Winter Park location. I didn’t get the receptionist name who helped me out upon arrival, however, she was a really big help. She was patient and asked all the right questions so we could choose the perfect service for me. We both agreed on the relaxation/deep tissue massage. Shannon is who serviced me, and she was very kind, sweet and attentive to all the problem areas that i had. We discussed exactly where i wanted/needed my focus. This was definitely the best massage i’ve gotten! Shannon was very professional and made sure i was comfortable! Everything was clean and neat. I will definitely be returning! Immediately after my massage i felt a lot lighter, less tension in my muscles and overall more relaxed! Thank you Shannon and the staff at J Sterling, you made my experience great and one to remember!

GREAT experience. This was my first trip to a J Sterling and I definitely will be back. Ada at the front desk was very welcoming and my check in was quick and smooth. My facial appointment with Vanessa started on time. She was SO nice and knowledgeable...she didn’t make me feel bad about not having a skin care routine - she’s a mom. She gets it. She somehow managed to erase the crater wrinkle between my eyebrows and the eye bags are all but gone. I look awake...not 43 & worn down 🙌🏼

Amazing experience. This was my first trip to a J Sterling and I will be returning without a doubt, I was surprised they did not try to get me into signing a contract during payment like all/most places, because I was so ready to sign up 😂! I was able to book an appointment the same day. My facial appointment with Dina was great, shes very knowledgeable in that area followed by a Massage with Andres, who looks 18 y/o that just graduated from massage therapy school, but to my surprise he was actually 25 and gives amazing massages, my mother is a massage therapist with 30 years in the field so I really mean it when I say it was amazing, I left feeling brand new and can't wait to return 😊❤❣

My wife and I came here for our first ever couples masssge. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the office, it is set up absolutely adorable. The therapist came outside to our car to meet us as they are following covid-19 rules. They introduced themselves and asked if we had any specific areas to work on. They were both attentive and made us feel comfortable. The massage was equally as satisfying, I loved that my therapist turned on the heat on the table for me, it was relaxing and helped my sore muscles feel less sore. I would recommend both Shedly and Liz, and not mention the front desk managaer Max who is very informative with the products they sell. Very happy with this visit, would do it again.

I wound up getting The same aesthetician (Anita) that I had in the past which was very very exciting and she was just as wonderful as I remembered. I absolutely love their services. The prices are reasonable. I recommend a scalp massage. The therapist will follow your lead with conversation. Meaning, if you want to talk they will talk to you during your massage. But if you just want to relax or fall asleep just let them know. They have great communication prior to the service as well.

Jennifer was an absolute gem of a massage therapist! I had not had a massage in a couple of years and went straight for the 90 minute deep tissue massage.She listened and addressed all of my areas of concern with extra focus and still gave amazing care to the rest. I highly recommend J Sterling Massage especially Astor, he is extremely knowledgeable and an Awesome Massage Therapist! I've been getting massages here for a couple of years now, and I don't trust anyone else to give me a great massage...especially such an affordable one. Daniel does an amazing job. I'm a runner and get a deep tissue massage from him once a month for issues with my traps and I.T. bands. I always come out feeling relaxed with considerably less tension in my muscles. He somehow finds a way to release tension in areas of my back that I didn't even realize were tight or sore. He has even shown me some stretches to help with the pain. The entire staff is very professional and friendly, and they have taken all of the cleanliness precautions during the pandemic to make clients feel safe as well. Amazing massages for a very fair price!

Nice, quiet location. The service is fantastic. My partner booked me a massage as a Valentine's day present. I specifically requested a male therapist who I had seen the last time we were here but the front desk made a mistake and booked me with a female therapist instead. I have been getting manual therapies for years and just have a preference towards males - I'm sure everyone on the staff is phenomenal, I just came in with a certain expectation. The owner greeted me and was super accommodating after I explained the situation and he saw my partner even called yesterday to confirm all the details. The owner went ABOVE and beyond and was able to remedy the situation, I would just have to wait a half hour which I didn't mind at all as it was a last minute fix. I even mentioned I didn't mind rescheduling but he was able to get me situated and took me to hang out in their lounge which is so cozy and SO relaxing. He also offered complimentary champagne while I wait. I cannot recommend this place enough because the service can't be beat. The owner truly cares for your well-being. Treat yourself soon with a massage, facial, or one of their many other self-care services offered!

I was told about J Sterling by a co-worker a year ago...I work at a local bank and we now all go to J Sterling for all our massages! I have never had a bad experience and decided to treat myself today to a massage AND a facial. Varsha was amazing! I will definitely be booking facials regularly now! I took my wife for a couples massage for Mother’s Day and we were immediately greeted by Tracy the Regional Manager. She was very friendly, helpful and sweet. She got us all set up, with little to no wait time. My wife and I went into a room with 2 beds and our Therapists were Drew and Jessy. They did an incredible job. We were so comfortable and relaxed and enjoyed our whole experience. We will definitely be back - 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I had an amazing couples massage, with mine being prenatal. The facility is clean and relaxing. My therapist was Kristina and she was phenomenal. I like a lot of pressure and she did a great job at really loosening up sore muscles, while being gentle and relaxing. My husband had Laura, who was friendly and did a great job working out all of my husband's knots. We will definitely plan to do this again in the future. I went in and was immediately greeted by Tracy, who signed me right away. She was amazingly courteous and prompt. I had a deep tissue massage with Liz, who did an amazing job (definitely booking her again!) at hitting all the nice spots. This was my first time receiving a massage and I am completely sold. Then I had a microdermabrasion facial done with Vanessa, who is super lovely and awesome at what she does, and I am definitely doing my facial with her again! Arthur is very knowledgeable, funny and kind. Not only does he give great deep tissue and sport massages, but he understands one’s body, where it aches and let’s you know what stretches and exercises can help ease the pain; which I find has a lot value. I had Andrea do a facial and she was amazing! She was very friendly, and informative.I also had a massage done by Alex. First of all, great name, 🙃 secondly, BEST massage I've had in a long time! He was very unique in technique, but I felt like a brand new person walking out! My partner and I got a couples massage with Jessy and Carmen and they made it the best experience we could’ve asked for! This was my partners first massage, and Carmen listened to his requests and wants very closely and gave him exactly what he asked for. Jessy was also a very good listener and focused on the areas of my concern. Marade at the front desk was also very welcoming and sweet. We will definitely be coming back!

I'm in my thirties and this was my first ever massage and I will definitely be coming back! Yolanda was my therapist and she was amazing! I've never felt more relaxed, she is a true master of her craft. Cecy was very helpful and friendly with setting up the appointment. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone, 10/10.

I love J sterling's its a way better price and just as great of experience as the larger chains!! I've been going there for a couple years now they even offer couples massage! Went in for my first facial with Nicole who was phenomenal. She was so sweet and knowledgeable answering every question I had and explaining the benefits of every step in the process. I had my first facial here with Chrissy a few days ago and WOW. She was so easy to talk to and explained all parts of the process for me. It was such a nice experience and I couldn’t believe the difference I have seen in my skin in the following days. She also helped with suggesting at home options to help with the dryness I’ve been experiencing and helped me plan a skincare routine. I’ve been doing my new routine for a few days now and I really can’t thank her enough for how much it has changed my face. Special mention for Rochelle as well, who greeted me when I arrived. First-time at J Sterling’s and it was a wonderful experience. I’ve had sports and therapeutic massages for several years in relation to shoulder injuries so sometimes finding a proper LMT can be difficult. But I’m thoroughly impressed with the care shown to me by the staff here. Specifically, the LMT I worked with was Drew.As when seeking any new physical therapist or medical professional for care, feeling comfortable with your therapist and the level of care you receive is paramount. When I first walked in the lobby/ waiting room look very nice, Rochelle was the spa associate at the front desk who helped me to check in and help with any upgrades needed, she was very kind. Great massage place, my gf and I did the couples massage and the masseuses did an incredible job. When requested to focus on overworked areas (lower back, ankle, etc) they responded with friendliness and enthusiasm. Wonderful place, not 5 stars for small details such as when leaving they offer water in foam cups and there was no specific place to put your clothes when going into the massage. Small details but hey -\_(^3^)_/-. 100% would return here.

Inconsistent service but solid pricing and friendly and clean massage.I had my best massage in a very long time with Laura. She worked every sore spot with progressive intensity and skillful force. Very receptive and focused to any feedback or requests. If I lived closer I'd be back every week! Once again: thanks and very well done.My partner in the couple's massage was far less thrilled with Daniel. Her perception was: "got the new guy". A strange contrast of painful pinches and pointless fluttering brushing touches. Whole elements like the foot massage seemed to be missing. She isn't super confident communicating and it was only her second massage, so giving the therapist the benefit of the doubt here, but overall impression was needs substantial improvement.

                                            I used to work at a spa and at first I thought I wasn't going to be impressed, it's a new place, seemed understaffed, and their system glitched so my appointment was late. HOWEVER, absolutely no one can beat the prices, the staff was super professional and very kind and attentive. The facial felt really personalized to your needs and felt longer than just 30 min. The deep tissue was one of the best I received, amazing attention to every knot and tense part of my body. I had a new masseuse named Alicia and today was her first day at J Sterling. She did a fantastic job. By the time I left, my headache was much better and my neck feels so much better.                                             Friendly staff at the front. Great massages every time. I was recently in a car accident and made sure to let my massage therapist  know that I was injured. She took special care to avoid those areas all while making me feel comfortable. They seem to be well organized and have good rates. The last establishment I went to was charging me $85 per hour and at Jsterling's I was only paying $75 for an hour and a half (they were both the same "type" of massage).                                             My first time getting a massage, my partner and I got a couples massage great price, good service, felt very comfortable and well treated. Only problem was we purchased an hour massage which like any other place is 10 minute consultation and 50 minute massage. Our appointment was at 5, had our 10 min consultation and the service started at 5:10 and we were done at 5:50 so our massage was only 40 minutes instead of 50 minutes... not sure why this was.

I didn’t get the receptionist name who helped me out upon arrival, however, she was a really big help. She was patient and asked all the right questions so we could choose the perfect service for me. We both agreed on the relaxation/deep tissue massage. Shannon is who serviced me, and she was very kind, sweet and attentive to all the problem areas that i had. We discussed exactly where i wanted/needed my focus. This was definitely the best massage i’ve gotten! Shannon was very professional and made sure i was comfortable! Everything was clean and neat. I will definitely be returning! Immediately after my massage i felt a lot lighter, less tension in my muscles and overall more relaxed! Ada at the front desk was very welcoming and my check in was quick and smooth.  My facial appointment with Vanessa started on time.  She was SO nice and knowledgeable...she didn’t make me feel bad about not having a skin care routine - she’s a mom.  She gets it.  She somehow managed to erase the crater wrinkle between my eyebrows and the eye bags are all but gone. This was my first trip to a J Sterling and I will be returning without a doubt, I was surprised they did not try to get me into signing a contract during payment like all/most places, because I was so ready to sign up 😂!  I was able to book an appointment  the same day.                                             My wife and I came here for our first ever couples masssge. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the office, it is set up absolutely adorable. The therapist came outside to our car to meet us as they are following covid-19 rules. They introduced themselves and asked if we had any specific areas to work on. They were both attentive and made us feel comfortable. The massage was equally as satisfying, I loved that my therapist turned on the heat on the table for me, it was relaxing and helped my sore muscles feel less sore. I would recommend both Shedly and Liz, and not mention the front desk managaer Max who is very informative with the products they sell. I wound up getting The same aesthetician (Anita) that I had in the past which was very very exciting and she was just as wonderful as I remembered. Then I received a massage from Elliott that was equally as wonderful and my headache actually went away. I just really recommend this spa. I had a facial w/ Varsha, she's a beautiful person inside and out. She took her time, she was gentle and made me feel relaxed.                                             I absolutely love their services. The prices are reasonable. I recommend a scalp massage. The therapist will follow your lead with conversation. Meaning, if you want to talk they will talk to you during your massage. But if you just want to relax or fall asleep just let them know.                                             Jennifer was an absolute gem of a massage therapist! I had not had a massage in a couple of years and went straight for the 90 minute deep tissue massage.She listened and addressed all of my areas of concern with extra focus and still gave amazing care to the rest. Her professionalism shined by following the lead of conversating when initiated all while feeling completely natural. He relieved all my tense spots and knew exactly where all my trouble spots were. Astor is Amazing and I will Definitely be back.                                             I've been getting massages here for a couple of years now, and I don't trust anyone else to give me a great massage...especially such an affordable one. Daniel does an amazing job. I'm a runner and get a deep tissue massage from him once a month for issues with my traps and I.T. bands. I always come out feeling relaxed with considerably less tension in my muscles. He somehow finds a way to release tension in areas of my back that I didn't even realize were tight or sore. He has even shown me some stretches to help with the pain. The entire staff is very professional and friendly, and they have taken all of the cleanliness precautions during the pandemic to make clients feel safe as well.                                             Nice, quiet location. The service is fantastic. My partner booked me a massage as a Valentine's day present. I specifically requested a male therapist who I had seen the last time we were here but the front desk made a mistake and booked me with a female therapist instead. I have been getting manual therapies for years and just have a preference towards males - I'm sure everyone on the staff is phenomenal, I just came in with a certain expectation. The owner greeted me and was super accommodating after I explained the situation and he saw my partner even called yesterday to confirm all the details. The owner went ABOVE and beyond and was able to remedy the situation, I would just have to wait a half hour which I didn't mind at all as it was a last minute fix. I even mentioned I didn't mind rescheduling but he was able to get me situated and took me to hang out in their lounge which is so cozy and SO relaxing. He also offered complimentary champagne while I wait. I cannot recommend this place enough because the service can't be beat. The owner truly cares for your well-being.                                             I was told about J Sterling by a co-worker a year ago...I work at a local bank and we now all go to J Sterling for all our massages! I have never had a bad experience and decided to treat myself today to a massage AND a facial. Varsha was amazing! I will definitely be booking facials regularly now! She took the time to see what I needed and went over some good tips for in-between! She truly cares about what the person she is with needs and made me feel great!                                             I took my wife for a couples massage for Mother’s Day and we were immediately greeted by Tracy the Regional Manager. She was very friendly, helpful and sweet. She got us all set up, with little to no wait time. My wife and I went into a room with 2 beds and our Therapists were Drew and Jessy. They did an incredible job. We were so comfortable and relaxed and enjoyed our whole experience.                                             My husband and I had an amazing couples massage, with mine being prenatal. The facility is clean and relaxing. My therapist was Kristina and she was phenomenal. I like a lot of pressure and she did a great job at really loosening up sore muscles, while being gentle and relaxing. My husband had Laura, who was friendly and did a great job working out all of my husband's knots. We will definitely plan to do this again in the future.                                             I went in and was immediately greeted by Tracy, who signed me right away. She was amazingly courteous and prompt. I had a deep tissue massage with Liz, who did an amazing job (definitely booking her again!) at hitting all the nice spots. This was my first time receiving a massage and I am completely sold. Then I had a microdermabrasion facial done with Vanessa,  who is super lovely and awesome at what she does, and I am definitely doing my facial with her again! Not only does he give great deep tissue and sport massages, but he understands one’s body, where it aches and let’s you know what stretches and exercises can help ease the pain; which I find has a lot value. This was my partners first massage, and Carmen listened to his requests and wants very closely and gave him exactly what he asked for.                                             I had my first facial here with Chrissy a few days ago and WOW. She was so easy to talk to and explained all parts of the process for me. It was such a nice experience and I couldn’t believe the difference I have seen in my skin in the following days. She also helped with suggesting at home options to help with the dryness I’ve been experiencing and helped me plan a skincare routine. I’ve had sports and therapeutic massages for several years in relation to shoulder injuries so sometimes finding a proper LMT can be difficult. But I’m thoroughly impressed with the care shown to me by the staff here. Specifically, the LMT I worked with was Drew.As when seeking any new physical therapist or medical professional for care, feeling comfortable with your therapist and the level of care you receive is paramount.                                             Great massage place, my gf and I did the couples massage and the masseuses did an incredible job. When requested to focus on overworked areas (lower back, ankle, etc) they responded with friendliness and enthusiasm. Wonderful place, not 5 stars for small details such as when leaving they offer water in foam cups and there was no specific place to put your clothes when going into the massage.                                             Inconsistent service but solid pricing and friendly and clean massage.I had my best massage in a very long time with Laura.  She worked every sore spot with progressive intensity and skillful force.  Very receptive and focused to any feedback or requests.  If I lived closer I'd be back every week! Once again: thanks and very well done.My partner in the couple's massage was far less thrilled with Daniel.  Her perception was: "got the new guy". A strange contrast of painful pinches and pointless fluttering brushing touches.   Whole elements like the foot massage seemed to be missing.  She isn't super confident communicating and it was only her second massage, so giving the therapist the benefit of the doubt here, but overall impression was needs substantial improvement.

Marissa and Briana were amazing. My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage. Briana and Marissa were so thorough, and they were able to target our problem areas with ease. I went there for a 30 minutes tension reliever message. The front desk if very friendly and the first impression is great! The decor is so cute and cozy and the smell is amazing right when you walk in. I had Andrew who goes by “Andy” and he was the best massage I’ve had! I told him my trouble area and he knew exactly what to do! He wasn’t afraid to use pressure to really release the knots which I loved! (I’m small framed so I usually have to keep asking for more pressure) You can tell he really knows what he’s doing!! It felt so amazing! I will be using Andy again! Wonderful experience from start to finish!
