Desperately in need of a massage, I set up an online appointment on Saturday, and was almost immediately call back to confirm the details of my appointment for the following day. The front desk staff were helpful in getting me set up in addition to being cheerful and friendly.After arriving a few minutes prior to my appointment, and filling out minimal paperwork, I was invited into a very calm and relaxing space by Linda, my massage therapist. After a few questions, she got me settled into one of the best 90-minute deep tissue massages I've ever had. It was clear from the onset of the massage that she had years of knowledge, expertise, and skill, as she found knots that I didn't even know that I had! I will certainly be coming back, and I would recommend to anyone, getting on Linda's books soon.

Dani was amazing! This was only my second massage but compared to the first this one was a hundred times better. I actually felt the knots getting taken care of this time, felt SO much more relaxed.... EVERYTHING was perfect! She really knows what she's doing and I absolutely recommend her! I started going to J. Sterling a few years ago because it was a nice, clean, relaxing, and most importantly affordable place to get my massages. They are always offering great deals and upgrades. I usually am not picky about who works on me, but I was paired with Donne over a year ago and have not looked back since. He's amazing! Very detailed, and pays attention to my needs. He focuses on the problem areas but also doesn't forget about everything else. Finger tips to toes, he's on point. I send all of my friends and colleagues to him. Definitely worth the money and time!

I can not say enough good things about this place! Carrie was amazing!!! She listened to everything I said. I get frequent Swedish massages. I wanted to try deep tissue but was a little nervous. Carrie was awesome about making me feel comfortable. She always did the right amount of pressure and adjusted perfectly when i asked. From walking in the building to walking out my experience was perfect. Marcie at the front desk made me feel so welcomed. The smell is amazing and the sounds are so relaxing. The massage table was heated which was perfect as I get chilled all the time. I added on a cooling scalp massage. That was my favorite part. There was no pressure to rebook while I was at the salon. I hate when places are pushy to rebook. There were no membership sales. I felt like they truly wanted me to feel comfortable and welcome. If you are thinking about trying this place but are hesitant because of the price, all i can say is DO IT... You wont regret it. Just make sure you are letting your therapist know what you would like to get the best outcomes. This place is awesome. I will most definitely be back, and be bringing all of my family and friends with me.

Money well spent! The masseuse Donna was amazing! She rubbed out all the aches and pains I've been dealing with for so long. My boyfriend and I paid for the combo hour and thirty massage. The extra thirty minutes goes a long way. Overall a great experience and we WILL be coming back soon!

J Sterling in Altamonte is the best place to get a great massage for a good price. I've been seeing the therapist, Michael, and he is exceptional. His technique rivals some of the best massages I have ever received. He listens to me explain my ailments and where I am in pain and thoughtfully addresses each and every one on the table with expertise. He is able to accomplish relief in a 60 or 90 minute massage so I can go about my day and life pain free. I especially love the peaceful lobby and waiting room area. They diffuse essential oils which immediately put you at ease and calm your mind to prepare you for your massage. The receptionists are always welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is quiet and serene. I am so happy to have found Michael and J Sterling Wellness Spa in Altamonte Springs

Hidden gem in Altamonte! Every single staff member is so nice and friendly, they're very accommodating to all sorts of needs. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you walk in - there is no doubt that you're about to relax to within an inch of your life. Very calming atmosphere, every room is themed differently, there's calming spa music playing throughout and light diffused scents all around. I cannot recommend this place enough, and if you're going for a massage, ask for Donee.

My prenatal massage with Greg was amazing today. He applied strong pressure and was very knowledgeable. However, beds are not meant to be for prenatal massage, they were very tall and narrow, the whole session I was afraid to fall. Regardless I still will come back to see Greg, because it is hard to find a good specialist.

I have been a regular customer at J Sterling’s Spa for a couple of years now and have always had wonderful massages.Today I had one with Jez this morning who was outstanding I told her that my neck was sore since I work on the computer all day so she paid extra attention to it. I left feeling wonderful. I only wish I could go for massages more often :-)Highly recommend!!

The entire experience at the Altamonte location was amazing. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Bella with a welcoming smile. She was extremely well informed regarding the massage upgrades and patiently explained them. Nothing can compare to my massage with the incredibly talented Michael. He ensured I was comfortable, and that I left feeling amazing. All in all this was the best massage I've ever had and I will be going back.

I don’t normally post reviews but since I’ve been coming to J. Sterling Altamonte Springs for 8 months I figured it’s time to tell my story. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the therapists here. I’ve been with at least 5 different people here and each have their own unique styles and treatments, none have ever been anything but awesome. I would like to give a special shout out to Kassie. She has worked on me for the last couple of months and knows my pressure points and knots. She fixes all the damage I do to my body. Kassie if you’re reading this, YOU ROCK! Thank you to the the entire J. Sterling team. Good prices, no pressure scams selling you packages or products and great service. Overall 100% excellent.

Jess Ortiz is the best! I love J Sterling's I always get a great massage. As a stay at home Mom I can't afford other places but I can get an amazing Massage for $35 and still tip $20 (Because she rocks and I want her know it) and still pay less then what other places charge. I really appreciate the high quality service, lower prices and friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend.

Me and the wife did a couples massage with facials. 2 hours of service for both of us for only 170 total after tax. My body and face felt amazing and it was very relaxing. They even offered wine between the massage and facial which was a nice touch I would highly encourage anyone interested to make a reservation before hand as they can get quite busy. Though I won't be in Orlando again anytime soon I would definitely come back if I ever visit Florida again.

Recently moved to the Altamonte Springs area & tried out JS Sterling Wellness for a massage with Alex. I had an amazing customer experience. Jess at the front desk was very kind & welcoming. Alex did an incredible job and shared the kind, welcoming & revitalizing service expected from a professional wellness center. The facility was clean, organized & peaceful. I will be back here for as long as I’m located in the area! Would highly recommend! (Plus - the price point rocks!)

I was on vacation in Orlando for our 23rd anniversary and booked a couples massage for my wife and I. We had Carrie and Gregge as our massage therapists and I will honestly say that we have not had a massage that good since our 1 year anniversary. They were very attentive to our needs and I would without hesitation book them again next time we are down there. Location was also very clean. Only negative was the outside noise from being too close to the street.

This was such an awesome experience. Out of all the massage places I've been too. This one was extremely good. They have great prices and combo packages. Their very knowledgeable on what their doing and what needs to be worked on. Great team. Great customer service. When your getting your massage they keep asking if it hurts or if they need to put more pressure. They make sure you are at 100% relaxation. The hot towels are awesome. You can make appointments on your availability. Definitely a place to keep going back too. I already schedule my next appointment for next month. If you havent done a massage or need a place. I recommend J Sterlings in Altamonte.

Carolyn is a healer. I went in for a relaxation massage.. but Carolyn used reflexology to find that I had puffiness in my left kidney. I have been having sporadic back pains in my left side and I guess I either have scar tissue from my previous kidney stone or I’m getting another. I’ve been battling tension headaches and have been having pain behind my calves. As soon as she touched I’m legs, I had sudden memories of my step mom who passed a year ago. I felt a rush of emotion and just cried right there on the table. I never was able to attend a funeral and she died very suddenly. I guess a combination of my birthday coming up, She was heavy on my subconscious and this explained my tension. Carolyn kept working and the tensions in my cheeks flooded the back of my throat and I swallowed the liquid. I left with no tension in my head or anywhere else. Carolyn uses her hands to heal all sorts of ailments.

Cassey took great care of me and was also very nice and easy to talk to, she made the experience even better. Max the owner was at the front desk and is always open and friendly. I enjoyed my massage here so much, everything from when I walked through the door until I left was perfect. The front desk receptionist Morgan was so kind to me and very knowledgeable. I discussed my concerns with her and she helped me pick the perfect massage for my needs. The customer service was excellent and very professional. I want to also mention the spa was very clean and everyone wore masks due to the pandemic at this time and it smelt very good inside. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Leandra is the BEST! I booked a massage with her based on a previous reviewer and was so impressed. I had a combo massage focused on some deep tissue for pain alleviation. Immediately after she worked on my neck and back, I felt so much lighter. She was communicative without being chatty during the massage. She checked in a few times about the pressure and if certain stretches were okay. If you have not been here before, I highly recommend booking w Leandra. Note about the facility- very clean and comfortable. The beds were heated for additional comfort and whatever lotion they use is not greasy. I hate when I feel the immediate need to shower off post massage. The prices were also super affordable.

I got recommended to J Sterling by a friend, and I'm glad I made an appointment. It was worth every penny. I did an hour massage with Carolyn and would definitely go see her again. I've been going to J sterlings for some time now and its always been a good experience. I recently went and had Jennifer Rivera as my therapist and holy smokes she did amazing. The massage was so great i booked her for the next 3 consecutive weeks and I never get more than 1 massage a month if that. I highly recommend Jennifer R. She listens to your needs and gets the job done!

I’ve been going here for over a year now and have loved it!!! The staff is incredible and they have a therapist for your every need! Carolyn has given me the best massage and is great for athletes or those who are athletic or need some PT. Anaisha is great because she gives just the right pressure and uses all of her arms versus just her hands, the scalp massage I received was heavenly. Shannon is great for men especially who need deep pressure. I have given gift certificates for holidays and always receive glowing reviews from my friends and family who have gone! My parents have gotten the couples massage (which comes with free wine, hello!!) and have loved it. Lastly, prices are affordable with me being a student, and there are a lot of add ons like hot stones or suction cups. You will not regret a massage here!

My fiancé and I got a 90minute Couples Massage. It was amazing! We had Jennifer and Daniel, and they were very attentive and professional. We are requesting for them again for our next appointment. I’ve had knots in my shoulders for months from the computer work we have had to do during COVID, and Jennifer helped me to actually be able to let go of the tension in my shoulders. I would recommend this place hands down. I’ve been coming here with my mother for three years, and I would never go anywhere else. Plus the pricing is great

I've been to J Sterling a few times now and absolutely love it! The rates are affordable compared to other places in the Central Florida area and it feels clean, safe, and welcoming. I see Leandra for deep tissue massage and she is phenomenal. I've very picky about my massages, as I treat them like doctor appointments to better my health. She is not only good at what she does, but she also communicates with me regarding what's going on with my back and how I can continue to take care of it. She has a comforting presence and goes with my flow on if I feel like talking or being silent. I highly recommend her and J Sterling!

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage. It was fun, very relaxing, and an amazing price. Our room had a great ambiance with the French theme and an electric fireplace. Our masseuses were Shannon & Ara - they did a phenomenal job, were considerate, and made sure we had some water after our massage. Great experience from beginning to end! My husband and I have been here twice and for me it's always been a super memorable experience. My husband first took me here for my birthday one year and again for our 12 year wedding anniversary. Everyone is always nice and very professional and my 2 massages have always been with people who have had heavenly hands! Super respectful, attentive and thorough. My last massage was half Swedish and half deep tissue with a young lady, I believe her name was Jennifer. She was great! Can't wait to go back.

Very professional and enjoyable experience. Elie, the receptionist, was very kind and hospitable explaining all the add on services for my massage and my check in process. The atmosphere is very relaxing and there’s no pressure to sign up for a membership like Massage Envy does. My massage was great with Carl. I had the combo signature massage and the peppermint oil scalp massage. I felt great afterwards and will definitely be returning. I have had many massages, but this was the best!!! Leandra is amazing!! New at the work, but has hands like a pro with years of experience! I have had massages where they take 10 minutes off the front and back for prep and cleanup, but she came in early and went right to 90 minutes!! I’m so impressed with her!!

I’ve been to this location a few times now and have not been disappointed once. Today, I decided to change things up a bit and get a combination massage instead of just a relaxing massage. Talk about being absolutely amazed with my therapist, Stephanie! She was super welcoming and listened very well when I spoke of my targeted areas and did not disappoint whatsoever! After the session she had brought up some very helpful tips. 100% will be coming back just to see her and continue working out my targeted areas.

First visit here and it was wonderful!! Great customer service.. The receptionist was very sweet and knowledgeable. Came in for massage after being disappointed last weekend at Stones. Shannon did an amazing job on me from head to toe. Ive been to other fancy places. But fancy dont make up for snotty attitudes and shady customer service that just want to sale you a membership. Found my "go to" from now on. Reasonable prices, so tip them good. They are well worth it!! Love this place. Thank you so much Shannon for putting your all in!!!

Victoria booked my appointment and was very kind and informative! I had a massage with Leandra and it felt HEAVENLY! I loved it so much. Usually, my mom gets Leandra but now I want to keep her myself. She listens and made all my pain go away and now I feel beyond relaxed. Victoria and Leandra we’re both super sweet to me! Was recommended this place from a highly respectable client. She was correct. I love that there's no contract and because there's no contract I get the same great prices as everyone else and only get charged for services rendered. I work crazy assorted hours but they have gotten me in with just a phone call. They have the best prices around with quality service and friendly staff. I've had the facial and deep tissue massage I believe twice and brought a friend once. Will be back again soon.

This place is amazing in all aspects. To start off… it has a Great price! My therapist Shannon was extremely knowledgeable and targeted all my lower back problems and the massage was really relaxing! Even the spa associate welcomed and took care of me in very kind and fast manner. Will be back for sure!

My girlfriend gifted me my first professional massage ever for my birthday yesterday & I can’t stop thinking how relaxed I was. Willie was great, she noticed how tense I was and went to town. Highly recommend going for more than an hour. When my massage was over Chris greeted me with the biggest smile and had great energy towards me being there. She was so upbeat and kind, and so informative.

My husband and I booked a couples 90 minutes on 11/18 with Millie and Aaron and it was one of the best experiences we have had. We were greeted by Chris and she assisted us after our session of bless. We will be booking our next session with them. Everything was perfect from the mood that was set of the facility to the aftercare. We highly recommend this location and the price is well worth the quality of service. Went for a 1hour couples massage for my husband's birthday. It was amazing. Relaxing setting. Tranquil room. Light music. Spa was clean and professional. Pleasant staff. I had Alicia as my massage therapist and she was great. I will definitely come see her again and regularly now I'm hooked.

Jazmin, the lady at the front counter was super helpful and sweet. She was patient with all of my questions. I had a great massage with Carolyn! She was incredibly kind, helpful, considerate and good at what she does. I felt immediate relief. The prices are better than anywhere else and I walked out feeling way better. Overall an amazing experience! I plan on returning. If you’re wondering if you should check it out, I highly recommend.

My wife and I came here for a couples massage and she said they were the best around and sure enough they were! Out of all the years I’ve been getting massages this was one of the best! My wife comes and sends here friends here often, definitely will be coming back possibly once a month. I’ve been to many J Sterling’s locations but this was by far the best massage experiences. Mrs. Carolyn did my wife’s & Ms. Stephanie did mine they were great!

Every time I go the staff are so nice and professional. This most recent visit Stephanie at the desk was very friendly. The facility was very clean. The massage therapists are very skilled and always make sure you're comfortable in every way. Donnee was amazing and was able to really target the most tense areas of my back. Have gone a few times and will definitely be going back!

I went here for my first ever massage last week. It was so great. And let me tell you an hour is not long enough. My masseur was John and he was really great about explaining everything and then telling me what he was doing. The girl who checked me in , Hallie was also really nice and helpful and answered all my questions.i will definitely be back and definitely for a 90 minute massage.

Went to J Sterling’s for the first time not knowing what to expect and I will be going back! Carolyn was absolutely amazing. I scheduled an HR massage and she went 20 minutes over just because she found multiple problem areas that needed extended care. Throughout the session, she also checked in to ensure that I was comfortable and really took the time to understand/locate my pain. You can tell she is a therapist who loves her job and cares about her clients’ health. Keishaly at the front was also warming and welcoming the second I walked in! Both made for a great experience. 10/10 would recommend to others 🙂

Carolyn is wonderful. She always gives so much attention to what I need out of a massage. My back is so tight and she if the first person who has been able to release the tightness in my upper back muscles. People are amazing and the price is great!

Today was my first visit but will definitely not be my last. Carolyn works wonders I had been experiencing tightness and pain in my shoulders and neck. After having a session with Carolyn I feel 100% better. Carolyn is attentive and makes sure you’re comfortable and that the pressure is just right for you. She also suggested that I do some stretches to help keep my muscles from getting so tight. The young lady Cassie at the front desk was very inviting and helpful a pleasant experience indeed.

I’ve been to this place several times and they last 2 massages I’ve gotten are from Maxwell. And I feel amazing! I have MS and am in pain 90% of the time but I’m still nice and “loose” 2 days after my last visit him. He is amazing and the whole staff of great too. 10/10 would recommend.

I always go to the Altamonte Springs location. They have a lot of rooms and space, and it always looks clean. I always ask for Maxwell. I've been getting massages throughout my adult life and he is honestly the best massage therapist I've ever had. He has a lot of knowledge and experience and really takes care of his clients. Make sure to book a 90 minute so you really get all of the benefits of a proper massage therapy session.

My husband surprised me with a couples massage and I must say it was the best I’ve had in a long time! Chris the spa associate was so polite and welcoming. And my Therapist 😍 Shannon was incredible! She really focused on my needs and I left a brand new women. My husband had Maxwell who focused mostly on my husband’s back and he also did an amazing job working out the tension he had built up. Not all masseuse are good. These two were FANTASTIC! Thank you for making our experience and wonderful one. A+++++++

I had a 90 minute trigger point massage and I plan to come back from another one very soon. I walked into the spa & I was in a lot of pain. I have had massages done here at J Sterlings for many years but my experience today was the best massage I've ever had, and I've been to resort spas here and abroad. Maxwell was my therapist and I booked a 2 hour massage. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and skilled massage therapy that I needed. I have never fallen asleep in a massage before and the thought was actually crazy to me, but Maxwell put me to sleep for about 20 minutes before it was time to flip over. Maxwell read my body like a book and knew exactly what I did for work and other habits of mine just from touching my muscles and he used techniques to relax and and release all the tension. I will be back, specifically to see Maxwell, very soon!
